Tips, Tools, and Techniques to Create Your Curiosity

People rarely have the ability to sustain curiosity over their entire lives. People may have difficulty maintaining curiosity due to their external and internal challenges. People who are conditioned by their environment, learning and experience can’t encourage curiosity. There are few people who can sustain their curiosity and excel in life.

Can Curiosity be a Natural Gift in People?

Inexplicably, all of us are born with curiosity. When they are born, children tend to be more curious than adults and take note of what is happening around them. When they’re young, children are more curious and ask lots of questions. When they enter the next phases, such as youth, middle, or old age, their curiosity levels drop as they become more conditioned to see the world as it is. This means that they develop a box mentality. Only exceptional achievers can maintain their curiosity by reading, learning, leading, and continuing to improve. To maintain their curiosity, they continue to learn and improve their skills. They are able to live a full and fulfilling life because they feel relevant and acceptable.

Curiosity and technology

The technology revolution is both a blessing as well as a curse. Technology has made it easy for children to get all the information they need without having to think. Their imagination and creativity are affected. Although it’s great that kids are accustomed to technology, they face challenges because their phones provide ready-made solutions to all their queries.

“To be curious about that which is not one’s concern while still in ignorance of oneself is ridiculous.” —Plato

All children are curious and want to find out more. Children observe a lot and learn from others’ behavior and environment. They imitate their parents and others. They are more likely to emulate teachers in educational institutions because they tend to spend most of their time there. To sum it all, travel often, learn regularly and be a role model for your children if you wish to keep them curious.

My Professional Life: Curiosity

Regularly, I devour books of different genres. Experimenting with different areas and new ideas is what I enjoy. I don’t mind when I fail. Because I was curious and learned so much, I have failed many times. Because I’m a morning person, I use my time to write books and articles. After waking up, I’m always curious. To be able to focus and discover new things and create, I prefer to stay awake in the afternoon.

To learn, I’m curious. When I travel or go to the gym, I try to get to know people and their perspectives on different topics. Everyone is special in this world. Sometimes I ask people questions and try to listen to their views on various subjects. My curiosity was sustained by the many experiences I have had in life, including business, military, education, research and teaching. For a childlike curiosity to continue, every person must be able to learn from multiple sources. This includes their education, training, experiences, observations and education.

Because of curiosity, many inventions have been made. Curiousity has led to modern technology and comforts. Curiosity is the reason we are a civilisation. All humans are born with curiosity. Everybody must cultivate it and keep it sharp.
