5 Secret Codes to Making The New Year a Winning Year

A new year has just passed. You are likely looking forward to this year, wondering what you can do to make it a successful one. These are my 5 timeless secrets, which I’ve learned and that has helped me win many times over.

Secret Code #1: Submit to

God is all-powerful, all-knowing. Submitting to God will allow you to be guided and unlock the talents and abilities you need for a successful year. The bible is also available in the Book of Jeremiah 1:5 , “I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb…”

This means that God knows everything you need and has already given you every talent, gift and ability. It is up to you to pray to God that he will make them known so you can utilize them.

Only 1 more. The bible is the book of Matthew 6:33 says to “Seek God 1st and all these things shall be added to you.”

God will know what your heart desires. You can win the year by focusing on God first and other things listed below.

Secret Code #2: Written Vision (End result)

Vision board parties and IG quotes have exploded in popularity. This has led to the neglect of the lost art, writing down clearly on paper what we want.

It is a dangerous technique, and it isn’t taught often enough. On real paper, write your future vision. Also note what goals and objectives you have for each day.

God told the prophet Habakkuk to ‘write the vision and make it plain.” In the same way, your vision gives you hope for a better future. You are the only person who can help you see your future.

You may feel like you are not a winner right now, and maybe you lost a lot last year. That is all over because you don’t really have a WRITTEN vision to explain why you are so dedicated each day.

The vision will not only be for the future, but also serve as a reminder on those difficult days. You will never be the person you want to become.

a mom…

a dad…

a brother…

a worker…

a friend…

a leader…

a human…

and even alive…

You don’t have to be that hard or difficult these days. You can still push for your goal every day.

How to create your vision plan

  • Write down your vision
  • What you can become
  • You will be living by the following principles, values, dispositions and physical traits:
  • You will make a lot of money
  • What your relationships with God, Yourself, Your Partner, Your family & friends will look like
  • How your health will look like

To win in this year’s competition, you need a vision written down.

“Life’s not about expecting, hoping and wishing, it’s about doing, being and becoming.” – Mike Dooley

Secret Code #3: List of Achievements Specifically For This Years

There were winners and losers when I was a football player. In order to be considered a winner we needed to get more points than our opponent. This year must be successful for you.

Remember the wise: Make sure that you’re always on top of your game. You must be specific and measurable.

Particular: Be as specific as you can so that you understand exactly what it is you’re working towards.

Measurable: Your progress must be measured.

Deadline

Now, take a piece of paper and write on the top “List of accomplishments I completed by December 25, (Insert year).” Proceed to write out all you will accomplish by the end of the year.

You can check off each item as you complete them throughout the year. You will gain momentum, and it will also show your year’s progress.

Secret Code #4: The List of People With Which You Have To Connect

Today’s society has made it difficult to make connections. The self-made virus is a dangerous disease that we are preaching. Nobody, and I don’t mean anyone on the other side of this planet is self-made.

Everyone has had to receive help at least once in their lives. Even though it wasn’t the entire journey, there was some help. This is why it’s important to compile a list with people that we feel will help us reach our goal for this year.

You can win the year by contacting people willing to help, but you have to be open and strategic.

Secret Code #5 – Do All Sorts of Work

I don’t care if you work hard, work smart, work tirelessly, and work effortlessly. Technology and marketing hype have made it difficult to put in the effort. It has been said that hard work and smart work are overrated.

Both are good because it will help you win the year. You can win an entire year by winning every day, week, or month. Every day must be a win so don’t lose heart and get on with it.

You are not late for your winning season.

Share any valuable information you find in this blog with the people you care about.
